Simple Energy Balancing Exercise

Hello Beautiful Soul!

This exercise is a grounding technique to clear blocks in your energetic and emotional body. It only takes a few minutes. It’s a practice I look forward to doing every day. I highly recommend it if you want to increase feelings of calm, confidence, and love. You can do the exercises while you read down the page. 

Once you get the flow, you can do this meditation anywhere- in bed when you first awaken, in the shower, in the market, on a walk, anywhere you can put your feet on the ground. When practiced daily, it is a commitment to holding yourself accountable for balancing your own energy. This practice is the foundation of SOULution Healing. 

Let’s begin.

Release the ego. Release any insecurities. Feel your heart. Physically place your hands over your heart and connect with the energy of your heart chakra. 

Send your heart love.

Now, focus your INTENTION: to balance and cleanse your energetic body.

  1. Sit in a comfortable, quiet space.
  2. Place your bare feet on floor, feeling your energy connect with the earth. Focus on the gratitude you feel in your heart for the beautiful earth we live on. Gratitude for the birds chirping in the morning sun. Gratitude for the way the moon shimmers on crashing waves. Gratitude for beings that make your heart full. Gratitude for breath and every cell in your body. Feel this gratitude fill your heart while roots of energy between you and the earth are fortified by your love. 
  3. Inhale breath up from earth, through your feet and legs, to the root chakra, just below your pelvis. Visualize the color red in that space in your energetic field. HOLD  the breath there for 3-4 seconds. 
  4. Exhaleup the central channel, thru the crown chakra to your higher self. HOLD for 3-4 seconds to receive inspiration, insight, and healing from your highest self.
  5. Inhale inspiration and healing from higher self down the central channel, into the root chakra and HOLD the breath there, visualizing the color red, for 3-4 seconds.
  6. Exhale from the root chakra, down the legs, into the earth. As the breath falls, energy releases any remaining root chakra imbalances and blocks into the earth.
  7. Inhale breath up from earth, through your feet and legs, to the sacral chakra, in the center of the lower abdomen. Visualize the color orange in that space in your energetic field. HOLD  the breath there for 3-4 seconds. 
  8. Exhale up the central channel, thru the crown chakra to your higher self. HOLD for 3-4 seconds to receive inspiration, insight, and healing from your highest self.
  9. Inhale inspiration and healing from the higher self down the central channel, into the sacral chakra and HOLD the breath there, visualizing the color orange, for 3-4 seconds.
  10. Exhale from the sacral chakra, down the legs, into the earth. As the breath falls, energy releases any remaining sacral chakra imbalances and blocks into the earth.
  11. Inhale breath up from earth, through your feet and legs, to the solar plexus chakra, a few inches below the bottom center of your ribs. Visualize the color yellow in that space in your energetic field. HOLD  the breath there for 3-4 seconds. 
  12. Exhale up the central channel, thru the crown chakra to your higher self. HOLD for 3-4 seconds to receive inspiration, insight, and healing from your highest self.
  13. Inhale inspiration and healing from higher self down the central channel, into the solar plexus chakra and HOLD the breath there, visualizing the color yellow, for 3-4 seconds.
  14. Exhale from the solar plexus chakra, down the legs, into the earth. As the breath falls, energy releases any remaining solar plexus chakra imbalances and blocks into the earth.
  15. Inhale breath up from earth, through your feet and legs, to the heart chakra. Visualize the color green in that space in your energetic field. HOLD  the breath there for 3-4 seconds. 
  16. Exhale up the central channel, thru the crown chakra to your higher self. HOLD for 3-4 seconds to receive inspiration, insight, and healing from your highest self.
  17. Inhale inspiration and healing from higher self down the central channel, into the heart chakra and HOLD the breath there, visualizing the color green, for 3-4 seconds.
  18. Exhale from the heart chakra, down the legs, into the earth. As the breath falls, energy releases any remaining heart chakra imbalances and blocks into the earth.
  19. Inhale breath up from earth, through your feet and legs, to the throat chakra. Visualize the color light blue in that space in your energetic field. HOLD  the breath there for 3-4 seconds. 
  20. Exhale up the central channel, thru the crown chakra to your higher self. HOLD for 3-4 seconds to receive inspiration, insight, and healing from your highest self.
  21. Inhale inspiration and healing from higher self down the central channel, into the throat chakra and HOLD the breath there, visualizing the color light blue, for 3-4 seconds.
  22. Exhale from the throat chakra, down the legs, into the earth. As the breath falls, energy releases any remaining throat chakra imbalances and blocks into the earth.
  23. Inhale breath up from earth, through your feet and legs, to the third eye chakra, in the center of the forehead between the eyes. Visualize the color indigo in that space in your energetic field. HOLD  the breath there for 3-4 seconds. 
  24. Exhale up the central channel, thru the crown chakra to your higher self. HOLD for 3-4 seconds to receive inspiration, insight, and healing from your highest self.
  25. Inhale inspiration and healing from higher self down the central channel, into the third eye chakra and HOLD the breath there, visualizing the color indigo, for 3-4 seconds.
  26. Exhale from the third eye chakra, down the legs, into the earth. As the breath falls, energy releases any remaining third eye chakra imbalances and blocks into the earth.
  27. Inhale breath up from earth, through your feet and legs, to the crown chakra, in the top center of your head. Visualize the color violet in that space in your energetic field. HOLD  the breath there for 3-4 seconds. 
  28. Exhale up the central channel, thru the crown chakra to your higher self. HOLD for 3-4 seconds to receive inspiration, insight, and healing from your highest self.
  29. Inhale inspiration and healing from higher self down the central channel, into the crown chakra and HOLD the breath there, visualizing the color violet, for 3-4 seconds.
  30. Exhale from the crown chakra, down the legs, into the earth. As the breath falls, energy releases any remaining crown chakra imbalances and blocks into the earth.
  31. Close your eyes. Bring a milky golden light in through your crown chakra to fill the entire body with golden healing light.  
  32. Breathe up and down the central channel for 10 complete breaths. As you breathe, feel your purified energetic body. Feel the energy of self love. Feel gratitude for your practice.
