What Happens After 90 Days of Daily Healing Frequency Music?

Have you ever been moved to tears by the sound of beautiful music? Every been in a sound bath or a sound dome? Sound healing is a powerful thing. I’ve been listening to healing frequency music off and on for several years, but it wasn’t until recently that I decided to make a daily practice of it. I wondered if there was a direct benefit I could correlate to listening to these calming tones, so I decided to do my own personal study by journaling through a three month process of exploring my physical, emotional, and spiritual responses to listening to healing frequency music. 


When I first discovered that some music was created in tones that could specifically heal different aspects of the self, I played 432 hz music to open my heart and calm my nervous system while I painted. 


I did this with the intention of  infusing loving energy into my art for the benefit of all viewers of my work. And I noticed a deeper connection to the creation process while painting with these frequencies playing in the background. It didn’t seem to matter what volume the sound was on, I still felt its effects. And I felt that my energetic state during art making would definitely translate to a more positive experience for the viewer. A co-created healing experience. 


Then I learned about 528 hz, the most significant of the Solfeggio frequencies used by Gregorian monks for healing. 528 hz is referred to as the “miracle” note, which has been studied and proven to reduce stress in humans after only listening for a few minutes. 


Over my three month investigation of the effects of these healing frequencies on my life, I focused mainly on 432hz and 528hz, but I did explore several other frequencies as well. The results were simple, and from my perspective easily measurable.

Here is what I noticed from this simple daily healing practice:

  • I felt more calm and grounded throughout the day. 

  • I read more books and spent less time online.

  • I felt more connected to spirit and my intuition.

  • I got better sleep and had more vivid dreams when I listened before bed.

  • I was much less interested in low vibe activities like news and social media.

  • I was inspired to create more. And I did!
