Day Seven: How to Resonate with Your True Nature

There are many reasons why we become disconnected from our true nature. Technology, societal “norms”, media, the list goes on. Meditation is one of the best ways to get back in touch with your truest self. It gives you a chance to tune out the world and tune into your soul in a way you simply cannot do when focused on the external. 

When we are not in tune with our true nature, we may find ourselves in relationships or situations that don’t align with our highest good. We may feel like we don’t know who we are or what we are doing in life. But when we take the time to resonate inward, we get clear on who we are, why we are here, and what we can do to live with purpose, to ultimately fulfill our life mission.
