Time in nature can help recalibrate our heart and mind so we can let the ego take a backseat to our soul’s mission. 

Taking a long hot bath can help us to give to ourselves, allowing us to receive our own love and care. 

Being of service to others is another method of giving to others that fills our heart with gratitude for the blessings we have. 

Being able to receive soulful gifts, beneficial energy, and love from others happens when we allow ourselves to simply be who we are without expectation, without judgement, and with self love. You can do this. I’ve got ya…
