Day Three: How to Anchor in the Light Energy

Sometimes this world feels dark. And sometimes life just feels like a load of bricks landed on our shoulders and we can’t shake it. If you’re needing some light in your heart, start by taking three deep, long breaths and with each exhale, repeat in your mind, “Let it go. Let it go. Let it go. Let it go.” Until all the breath has released from your lungs. 

Sometimes the weight lifts when we simply remind ourselves to let it all go and just be present in the moment we are in. Nothing else matters but this moment. Yes, we have events that have happened in the past, but they’re gone. We are only in this moment. Now. And while the past may feel like it was a struggle, the challenges we faced made us stronger and we learned from them. So, in many ways we must be grateful for this moment and all that came before it. To anchor in the light, tap into the gratitude for the lessons learned and the blessings yet to come.
